I would travel across the country working with franchises helping them attract and retain customers. The core of this came down to showing the customer the added value of the product and how to set apart our product in the market. We would figure out ways to help attract customers and retain their market value. This is exactly how I create each marketing plan when selling a home. How will we attract a buyer and how can we market this home to set ourselves apart from the other homes in this competitive environment? In addition I have built an incredibly strong team around me that has resulted in growing a business during a difficult economy, at a rate of over 50% each year. With listings averaging less than 20 days on the market, selling over 80 units in 2015. I am able to offer a multitude of resources in addition to real estate services, including mortgage referrals, insurance information, relocation services, staging your home and more. I currently serve all of the King and Snohomish Counties. I was in the top 5% of agents in Snohomish County in 2015 and #1 Top Agent in the Mill Creek ReMax Office. I have been married for 14 years, to Justin Lamb, have a 10 year old son Miles and am involved with my church and community.
