Press Release: New Marysville Office Location Added!

December 22, 2017

RE/MAX Town Center has expanded from their Mill Creek location into Marysville by acquiring the former RE/MAX Associate Brokers office located at 922 State Avenue. The acquisition was officially announced this morning with the real estate brokerage revealing new signs and renovations underway at the location.

“Marysville is a great area and we’re excited to have a location to serve the growing community,” said Karim Khoury, owner and Designated Broker of RE/MAX Town Center. Khoury has been a licensed real estate broker since 2001 and has a background in accounting and finance. He founded RE/MAX Town Center in 2009 after deciding to start a brokerage that reflects his mission and values in real estate. He is dedicated to building client relationships that are long lasting and not just transactional.

Marysville is one of the fastest growing cities in the state and has been the focus of real estate developers looking for property to develop along the I-5 corridor. The office is centrally located to north Snohomish County, including Arlington, Everett, Lake Stevens, and Smokey Point. Snohomish County has been growing rapidly and the trend is forecasted to continue. Zillow predicts that property values will continue to rise nearly 5% over the next year.

Brokers who worked with the former RE/MAX office will continue their work under new management including Managing Broker, Natasha Zieroth-Chaumont, who is excited about the changes. “Karim is bringing new technology as well as many years of experience in the industry,” she commented, “the brokers here are happy about the new management and know it will help them better serve their clients.”

Renovations currently underway are estimated to be completed in early January and operations will not be interrupted during the process.
